The People’s Committee of Xuan Lap Commune has directed specialised units to regularly update the administrative procedures amended, supplemented and repealed by the competent State agencies. In addition, local authorities are continuously reviewing unnecessary and inappropriate administrative procedures to make prompt amendments and repeals where appropriate.

To date, the one-stop shop of Xuan Lap Commune has received and completed a total of 822 administrative procedure dossiers. The procedures under the jurisdiction of the commune including authentication, birth certification, death certification, marriage registration is resolved at the commune’s one-stop shop in the shortest time.

For procedures that need to be coordinated or fallen under the jurisdiction of the higher level, the one-stop section will receive and then direct them to the superior agency for quick handling.
